bitcoins not received

i have bought some bitcoins on a platform btcdirect.eu: in the buy proces you must fill in a destination address
first on the wallet blockchain.info i have clicked "receive" i have filled in a wrong bit amount and i have ended the receive proces.then i have clicked receive again, i have filled in the right bitcoin amount,i have copied the receive address (which was the same as in the first receive window) to the btcdirect.eu platform.then i have first ended the buy process on btcdirect.eu by paying.then i have ended the receive process in blockchain.info
I'm waiting already 2 hours and i didn't yet receive any bitcoins

what can i do?

Can you post the address here to see if there's a pending transaction. Are you certain the site is trustworthy and should send the coins.
If after 48 hours, there's no coins in your wallet, I'd suggest you open a support ticket with the exchange.

Do you try to send a support from them asking why you don't still receive yet the BTC? I guess they will inform you when the amount is send already since 2 hours is pretty long already. Would you mind sharing your btc address here, the one that used in receiving from btcdirect it can help to trace if the funds was sent already but just not reflecting to your wallet.

Cannot find any transaction for this address at the time of writing this post. What confuses me is, you are buying bitcoins from btcdirect.eu where you have to put the destination address, why do you have to click the 'receive' option in your blockchain.info account. Check the destination address which you put in btcdirect.eu.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY COINS?

If you made a bank transfer then there might be some delay. Same with if this is your first order or used a new bank account/credit card, verifying the order manually and today is Sunday so that might cause some delay.

Thats nice that you received the BTCs already, and it seems that the reason was from the payment of their bankcard that's it happens since there's no backlog in the network. And much better if you close this thread since you don't need any answers since it was solved.
