(WANTED) Bitcoin Escrow System for myBB

I am looking to start a gaming forum which will run myBB script and looking to provide an escrow system (bitcoin - maybe other currencies)
all items will be digital such as game keys - game currency so would only need a standard escrow system.

Features

1. Seller can setup escrow and send link to buyer
2. Seller could have products already and buyer just clicks link on topic and pays which then sends a forum message to seller
3. Only certain forum user types can sell (admin can setup from mybb admin panel)
4. When seller is accepting and sending the product it shows a text input which then sends that text as a message on the forum
5. Vendor can setup auto shop which for example if they have many game keys in stock then they can use this system which is auto
6. Forum moderators and admins can handle disputes
7. Disputes must be able to refund any amounts for example if a buyer orders 10x item and has an issue with 2 of them then the buyer can get 2x refunded
8. Must have an auto finalize to release bitcoins (admin can set time)
9. The forum must make a % from the sale (can be changed via admin) also certain user types have different % (set by admin)
10. Feedback system shows on the forum user profile (both vendor and buyer)
11. Vendor rating system and levels, this works from the positive, negative, neutral feedback and the amount of sales done
12. Escrow must show in multi currencies so that a user knows how much in there currency the product/escrow is and then how much in bitcoin
13. Each sale/escrow users a new generated wallet (bitcoind) which the buyer funds for only that transaction and then once the escrow is released it sends to a wallet set by the vendor (in the forum user panel/settings)
14. For added security of products because it is items such as keys which can only be used one time i would like vendors/buyers to add there public key to the forum profile so when they send product to buyers it gets encrypted via PGP and only the buyer can view it, this means if the account was ever phished etc and the key was not used yet by the buyer then the hacker would not get "free keys"

If I were you I would avoid any personal escrow services offered by a single person. There are actually several Escrow Services on the internet some of them can be trusted in some can't I couldn't tell you what your which but I have seen good things about some services and bad things about others.

What you also might want to consider is using an API system from either one of the online wallets, one of the online payment systems, or one of the online systems like paxful. Paxful within itself has an escrow system
