Bitcoin - real application for b2b

Hello, I invested and believe strongly in the future of bitcoin. I want to use bitcoin on a daily base now. I have a business and we have to transfer quite a lot to our suppliers especially in Asia. How do get and pay my invoices with bitcoin? How does my supplier transfer back to FIA. I cannot buy $50,000 worth of bitcoin in localbitcoin or coinbase. the cost are too high and then it is easier to transfer FIA to Asia. Is anybody using bitcoin in b2b situations? If yes, how is the procedure?

This situation can be good start idea for new ICO.
I think maybe is much easier if integrate new token for b2b bussiness. Also this is a big market and success will be guaranted
