The IBAN is in your name?
That means you can always access the funds and can make withdrawals.
It's a red flag that you don't want to use Escrow.

The Iban is not under my name, people here open account and sell it, never used and when setup online banking you have full control, nobody else.

People use this most of the time to move funds without using there own identity, and not for keeping large amounts for long time on the accounts.

No that wont happen, and can also send to other bank account if think something is wrong with the card, also with internet banking can see
if card is active.

Most of the people who use an account from other person only use it for quick sending and receiving funds not for a savings account.
Like some i know they use the account for gambling, so it just a few minutes they have money on it
