Try using it as a graphics card is typically used & check for video output.

these are fantastic mining cards but they do get very hot as you probably know and the pcie plugs burn. check the plugs on the psu and card. it's all about the cooling on these. as much airflow as you can get round your rigs will help a lot

thats good then. check the plugs on both the gpus and psus though. they do burn even if cooling is good sometimes. other than that, try all your cards one at a time in the pcie slot without the risers if your are using them to see if the card is still giving low hash. could be a dodgy riser also

im not using risers , thats my test rig gpus connected directly to motherboard..
i tried to uninstall all drivers, switched between pcie slots, psu cables etc'...
the strange part is that i cannot see TEMPs in MSI-AB...
nothing works...

guess it's slow down by claymore miner, because it has overheated

restart the computer should bring it back to speed, but will be slowed again if overheating is a problem

did you read my previous post ?   "my rig is located in server room ( 47c all gpus )"
so overheat is not a problem

Might need a dummy plug in the HDMI port to trick the card into thinking there is a monitor plugged in

If you can't see the temps on both cards, you probably had a glitch and a driver reset that has confused things.
 Reboot is the cure.

I had this issue with a card too, it actually fixed itself after I reinstalled the driver.

Then put a dongle or a HDMI-VGA adapter on the problem card.
