Bitcoin asset wallet disabled until after BIP-91 is settled. https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000761392

The following coins are affected:

FLDC
GEMZ
MAID
MTL
OMNI
PDC
SCOT
SEC

Do you think that those coins in particular will rise once BIP-91 is settled?

I do not think there will be much value in the long term for these assets anyway.
