PCI-e 1x to 16x powered riser cables in the Czech Republic?

Anyone know where I can source a couple of these in the CZ, picked up locally in Brno would be ideal. Also looking for PCI-e 16x riser cables as well. 

Trying to move my cards around to improve air flow.
