I know you are doing the best for this site, but at least you might try to make an instant withdrawal for your site or at least take 1 confirmation. After you fixed this may be you can start your campaign or may be giveaway, although you do the giveaways many people will still claim their withdrawal and without low confirmation you will never get cleaned your red trust which is bad for your site

You can't sign message from polo, but you can do this:
1) Withdraw coins from poloniex to your wallet
2) Sign message from your wallet

You need to learn more about Bitcoin, I would say I will be quite worried about how you handle customers funds as you don't seems to understand what is a bitcoin wallet or exchanges.

I don't know how much bankroll you exactly have but for the protection of your users you need to have most of your funds in cold storage.

Many new sites such as yours have alot of vulnerabilies and the hot wallet can easily be depleted with a simple hack. Please move 90% of your funds to cold storage and set alerts to refill the hot wallet when it gets low.

If you use BitcoinCore as your hot wallet, may be you might try to put some of it ot another wallet to make sure not all balance will be reveal, as long as you can keep the site up to date with the balance and withdrawal is instant so there will be no matter at all. Many sites never reveal their hot wallet too but of course you need to be active when people are trying to withdraw their amount, in case you need to refill it

It takes only few minutes to sign it and post here.
Unless you don't have any funds.

The signed message doesn't mean much because if you read back a couple of pages he is just looking for someone to "say" they can bankroll the site.

He probably found some investor which will prove solvency by signing the BTC message proving he has funds with a message like "ZoomDice Bankroll funds" but in reality this investor never actually sent him funds to the site.

Its more of like a IOU or "agree" to bankroll if the site hot wallet falls negative, but since the OP doesn't actually have control of that balance it doesn't mean much.

Oh my ghost, is he fooling us again by saying that withdrawal is instant? Your withdrawal is just small amount but you have not received it till today, that's far away from the meaning of "instant".
Seems that you will need to wait for days as what has happened to someone some time ago.

It's because it was a faucet withdrawal. I never said all withdrawals are instant. And his withdrawal has already been processed.
