This is my first rig, I have read numerous posts on here but nothing has specifically addressed my issue. My board isnt spinning up the cards?
Hardware includes
Motherboard Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
Intel Celeron CPU G3930
Dual Seasonic 750 Watt PSUs Gold Series teamed with PSU teamer cable
6 Gigabyte Aorus RX580 GPUS with 8 gigs of ram
Some Risers off Amazon

Also None of the fans spin up ever, not even as power on test
I have Settings\Advanced\PCI Subsystem Settings\ Set to
PEG0 AUTO tried 1 2 3
PEG1 AUTO tried 1 2 3
PCI LATENCY Timer set to 64 PCI BUS CLOCK
Above 4G memory/Crypto Currency Mining Enabled
Installed windows 10 64 BIT OS
NO Graphics card detected other than INTEL onboard
I suspect I purchased the wrong risers?
Can anyone look this over and give me some recommendations on what to inspect?
