Hello everyone,
In last days I have serious problem with SolveMedia captcha and I don't know what to do to solve issue.
On all websites in place of captcha I only see this message:
Code:
client error 117B

Publishers:How can I fix this?
I tried to search for more info, and found that my ip was banned by SolveMedia. I tried to contact their support, but haven't got response.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

I saw this article, but there are only problem solutions for publishers. I'm getting this error as user on all websites.

try to open website with www. or without, and see if that works.. otherwise it may be really IP issue.

It looks that issue was finally resolved. Not sure, is it was SolveMedia bug, or they blacklisted my IP. Anyway, now it works.

It didn't worked with www. and without it. Looks that was IP issue or just bug.
