If I got it right, you want to create just an other exchange that trades on existing exchanges. Is it right? Why it should be decentralized?
It is not right.
MarketMover is a combination of trading mechanisms designed to move markets and support value of coins through external activities. These are combined activities that make use of existing markets and integrating new trading systems.
MarketMover will also create new trading pairs to be made available. These pairs will help boost the value of the coins in the pairs and will do it through market exchange, decentralized exchange, automated trading and other methods.
The interface for the robo-trading system will be released soon to give an impression of what to expect on that side.
