It is just going back to its normal price from before. It will go to $10 soon

As far as I know it is still providing bad ROI for the ICO investors....

ICN did well in the last altcoin rally from ~ 0.5 to $5.  It should go to $10+ on next major altcoin
rally.   ICN/ETH and ICN/BTC charts look bullish.
