I would like to her from the community what they think will happen to the Bitcoin price 1 August?

I'm sure this is a question on a lot of peoples lips! Even though the fork might not realise.

Please share your thoughts on the matter and let see who where correct when we reach 1 August.

Even the same question was in my mind. But i dont think selling bitcoins now will be suitable for me. I'm surely gona store them and wait till august 1. The price may fall or even it may hike up a alot. It may even hike upto 4000$. Just the only thing to do now is wait and watch. Bitcoin has always been profitable for me and i hope it will continue to be in the future.

Can't say for sure of course but the price may go down for a while, but it may bounce back up soon too and go even higher than before.
But these are just speculations, no one knows for sure what might happen.

The fork won't happen at all, which is a really good sign for Bitcoin and it's future, I don't think there will be any bad news now on, the storm is all but over. I feel we shall have a sunny day and by that I mean the prices shall shoot up to 3k it's only 300$ away now. So that's the only thing that should happen other wise it may just stay at current rates and we shall just treat it as another day.

there is no room for hope in this world. you either make a cold logical decision and stick to it or you end up losing money each time you emotionally decide to buy on top and sell at the bottom.

i am Hodling my coins, no matter what. a drop means i buy even more. for many of us are Hodling the profit in bitcoin not in fiat.

There's no prediction with it, lets have faith that the price will rise high and in that you/me/we will be happy about it, hope it will be and I have faith it is. I am holding onto my bitcoins even if there's a Segwit happening. We may not know what would happen all we can do is have faith to our bitcoins, so if you are a risk taker you'll hold to it, even it would go down on it's price but if it goes up then we might be in heaven of gladness.

Dont know what's will be happen After 1st august. but i am not afraid for 1st august.I am not going sell my bitcoim, i am going to hold all of my Bitcoin.I believe bitcoin price will be sky rocket after 1st august,may be it would be $4000 Sooner.Just clam and hold you bitcoin.

I have the same sentiment and views, this fork is good for the community let's support this, if you are going to dump your Bitcoin you have something to feel sorry after August 1 you will have to buy it 10 to 30% more, whales are holding it so you should too.

its fine i think ,imho it will pump its price also some say bitcoin will split up between bitcoin core and unlimited which is very confusing for newbies like me , do this affecet transaction or if bitcoin splitted on 2 parts , how do we know if we send btc on each other client i hope it wont happen since i love bitcoins

After August 1 everything will go back to normal. Those who had panicked and have sold all their bitcoins want to buy again. There are also lots of people waiting for August 1 to buy bitcoins. This high demand will cause bitcoin to rise in price very much.

it is also like the end of bad news once the result comes out.

people will look forward to the future and buying force will rein.

If you have invested money for the long term then no need to worry about these short term fluctuations because Bitcoins long term story is very good. So if prices go down then try to buy some more at lower levels and store them for good profit in next two to three years time.

as we get closer to actually getting SegWit the market excitement grows too. we have already seen a small sign of it when price shoot up to $2700.
as a result there is a good chance for another big rise. and right now there is a nice little accumulation phase going on.

on top of that there will be an airdrop for all the bitcoin holders on August 1 and you can get some free money from that to invest more in bitcoin.

No clue. For me Aug 1st is a non event but lord knows if or how the market will react. Slow grind down or sharp shoot up idk.

Crunch time is in a few months: will Core agree to work with the rest of the community and let bitcoin scale on chain from now on? Or will it keep strangling bitcoin to impose it's own non bitcoin solution on the rest of us.

Yes look at trend now it seems bitcoin will be stable and tend to increase with positive. Segwit initially did give fear, but when we see it now segwit actually give us advantage. We should look up to next week to conclude what will happen.

I was about to invest because I was expecting the price to go down drastically in the last week of july, but as you can see, it's above 2500$. So, I don't know what do to now either and won't even try to foresee further development.
