So it means I have lost them? Thats very sad but yes you lost them. There no any options to get sent ethereums back. Added: change your windows on mac os and you will not need any antivirus

I'm afraid that you will not be able to recover them, they are lost for good. All confirmed transactions are final. And check you computer carefully if it's infected, to prevent any future loss.

So it means I have lost them? I once had the same experience but learnt the hard way. The malware that changes addresses keep evolving, you have to be careful it does not happen again. There are three traditional ways for malware and viruses to generate ethereum for their creators. Direct theft of private keys from ether wallets, parasitic bots that mine ethereum with stolen processing power, and ransomware that encrypts files and demands a bitcoin payment to restore access. Always do a scan on your computer before sending any coins, and double check addresses before clicking send.

You have lost them and there is no way to get them back. If you still want to get them back, contact the owner of the ETH address where you sent the ether but it will be hard to find it's owner if you don't know who is he/her who owns it. Most probably even if you found the owner, they won't return the ETH you wrongly sent to their address. The other worst case scenario is that the address where you sent your ETH was an abandoned one.

be careful next time. It may be a lesson learned to you now, I have made the same mistake before and one on an ICO i joined wherein there's no chance for it too edit the address first given. So whenever I'm sending or pasting my address ,I doubled check it.

When I looked over transaction details, somehow this address 0x4cb7d3b010c7eb7d7150266d9475fc175f73f6d0 has changed to this address 0x4cB7d3b010c7EB7D7150266D9475fc175f73f6d0 .
The only difference between the two addresses is that the first one has all letters in lower case. Ethereum addresses are not case sensitive. If that is really the only difference between the addresses, you didn't do anything wrong. The exchange provided you the address in lower case, but after the transaction got registered in the blockchain it shows the address with case sensitivity that is used for optional checksum. If your ETH didn't appear in your tradeqwik.com balances yet, contact their support with your transaction ID, it is probably an exchange problem.

You can't recover the Ether if you send to a wrong address. Would you like to tell us more details and we might be able to help? Did you send your Eth to an exchange? Sometimes the deposit address in exchange change. Or if you send less than certain amount of ETH to an exchange, the fund will not be credited until the minimum ETH is received.

The while purpose of having a decentralized network and the blockchain is that the transactions are non reversible. You cannot get them back in any way no matter how hard you try. This is a good thing, but it's very unfortunate when things like this happen.

Sorry to say, but it is impossible to recover your Ethereum once the transaction is being sent to the blockchain, that is why it is always better to check the wallet address carefully before sending out any transaction, there is a high chance there is malware on your personal computer and that might be the reason, the Ethereum address is changed without your knowledge about it, it would be better to do a full malware scan on your personal computer.

Unfortunately you could not do anything for that but the owner of eth address do something for you. If this address is owned by a known person, exchange or a business, you can contact with them to send your eth.

Yes technology do evolve as the years goes by but talking about recovering lost funds because of mistakes then its impossible to do such thing knowing that most transactions here on cryptoworld are irreversible because once it has been transfered and being confirmed by the network theres no chance you can cancel it or reverse it. Consider those coins as lost and move on because you cant do anything about it unless if the reciever would decide to give it back.

I think this is not to worry anymore, because it's all irreversible, maybe it's all a mistake from him, because he does not check the address he wants to do to do it, I think you should be a little patient and mengiklaskannya, maybe this should always be He remembers any time, because this is a lesson for him to be more thorough again to make deliveries, especially addresses.
