We are a fractional real estate startup that uses Ethereum smart contracts blockchain to help homeowners liquidate a fraction of their equity without adding any debt and help investors buy a piece of that equity at a low threshold.  We have worked with our specialized real estate law firm in San Francisco to come up with a legal business model that works.  In addition, to help protect the investors, we custom designed an insurance policy.  Currently in private beta, we will have a public beta in late September with a full launch in late October/early November.  

We strongly believe in the mutual benefit of the decentralized community, not just for the token sale, but for the remainder of the lifetime of SmartRE.  In that spirit, we are introducing the traditional bounties and the Bundler Bounty for our SmartRE (SRE) token sale.  Traditional ones we have all seen before, but we've also added in something new.  The Bundler Bounty encourages the buildup of the SmartRE community.  Please take a look below.

The Presale is August 8, 2017 and the token sale starts on August 14, 2017.  There are 100 million total supply of tokens, of which 2% (2 million tokens) are allocated to the traditional bounty program.  Each token is priced to sell at USD 0.30.  The Bundler Bounty is not from this 2% but from the company’s own allocation as we strongly believe in everyone benefiting from what we’re trying to do with the SmartRE platform.

*** Bundler Bounty Prize ***
We will have three Bundler Bounties, for the top three aggregators who bring in a group of contributors to the token sale.  To qualify for these, the combined contributions from all the contributors you refer have to be at least USD 35,000 total.  Here are the three bounties:
     • First Place aggregator: 100,000 SRE tokens (sent to one person/address)
     • Second Place aggregator: 60,000 SRE tokens (sent to one person/address)
     • Third Place aggregator: 30,000 SRE tokens (sent to one person/address)
The contributors who use your code will receive a bonus in addition to their bonus level, between their current level to the next level.  You must sign up to our mailing list in order to qualify.  These tokens will have a lockup of 180 days from the end of the token sale for 30% of the tokens, then another 180 days for 30% more and the rest of the 40% locked up for yet another 180 days.  (Totally unlocked at 1.5 years.)  Winners will be contacted after the token sale but the tokens will not be distributed until the lockup dates are up.  We will announce the winner(s) on the website.

     • Have unique content (ANN translations do not count)

You will receive additional stakes for each post you get in the thread of your translation.

SmartRE Logo Around the World – 200,000 SREs
Take pictures holding the SmartRE “S” logo (this one: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6fD9yD7cLc8ZENjN0ZTQTVSYU0) near cool and interesting landmarks where you live and post it.  You do not have to show your face.  It can the SmartRE logo being held up towards the Empire State Building, for example.  Can be Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Facebook.  You will be disqualified if you photoshop the logo in somewhere.  (For others, please ask us first.) The logo must be clear and the white “SmartRE.io” especially.  Each posting gets:
     • 15 stakes for sharing with your more than 300 followers
     • 30 stakes for sharing with your more than  800 followers
