The price has gone up, because everything is growing right now, but most likely it will soon collapse.

Rise is going through it's transition to another chain. You need to wait until bittrex does the swap, if it hasn't already. Give it time, they are still developing the product, when the app is released it will soar. To talk with the devs visit the slack channel.
