Without a Bounty Campaign you will miss to reach a lot of peoples. This  a Forum with more then 1 Million User. By people wearing your signature or translating your thread into different languages for all the national boards, you will reach a lot more people.

Soft cap was $5mil. We reached it already.
If we raise less then $60mil we will just do the same thing but smaller to start and slower.

Current number of raised Ethereum is 15760.03. It is huge success because it isn't not even 24 hours and so much money is in the project. This is innovative idea and easy to deliver having funds which drove huge interest of the people to become part of successful project.

We don't want to saturate people neither.
