OP, if it is related to any ICO, this should be posted in Announcements (Altcoin) section or Marketplace (Altcoins) section for more effectiveness.
It would be a lot better if you could put some light over the idea you are interested in, as keeping it to yourself and not breaking the suspense would lead you nowhere.

I`m a little bit confused.
You want to work with investors and sell them pre ISO shares/token at a discounted price,or
you want to work with project developers and promote their projects to investors, who are willing to invest
before the ICO launch?You have to put some portfolio here in order to build trust.
Nobody will trust a newbie account,saying "PM me for more info".
