Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable. I never believe them. If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins. I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion. Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice. Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

I'm a trusted and established member. I've engaged in several transactions both here and at localbitcoins.com. I've also held escrow for others here at bitcointalk.org. I've got all good feedback at localbitcoins.com. I'm also registered with the bitcoin-otc Web of Trust (WOT). I'm willing to provide identifying information to the seller.
However, I'm not interested in paying $116.67 per bitcoin. I'll buy all 3 for a total of $330 ($110 per bitcoin). Let me know if you're interested.
