Lmao @ that extremely biased nonsense. Monero users like to twist words and meanings to try and convince people what aspects of privacy are actually important. They will conflate things that would protect users privacy with gimmicks like not having a rich list. The important aspects of privacy fall extremely short for monero. The way the community tries to ignore it is embarrassing.

Already did. Rebutting with blatant lies helps no one. If those are lies, then you should heavily short Monero. There's enough here for anyone to do their own research, so I'll not beat a dead horse.

FUDing will not help your shitcoin investments. The market has already decided that Monero is the most trustworthy privacy coin. If in doubt, just look at how DNM druggies (an impartial audience) view Zcash. Hint: even druggies know to stay away when the founder starts praising backdoors. Compare Monero community activity to that of Zcash, Dash, etc. It's over buddy, the network effect can't be reversed. Same reason your Bcash shitcoin will fail even if Bitcoin has 10x higher fees.

Network effect means jack shit when the vulnerabilities are made known. You bash Zcash, but the way you talk about it makes me know you don't understand it at all. No, it's far from perfect but it's an objective fact that it is superior for anonymity and privacy than monero

Except that the vulnerabilities you bring up are fake/exaggerated. Whereas with Zcash, the vulnerabilities are undeniable. Zcash development is centralized, a huge risk for a privacy oriented coin. The founders and devs have spoken positively about backdoors. That's enough for me to be seriously worried.

You are simply stating lies.

You have no idea what you're talking about. The code does not speak for itself, because there are so few people who are capable of auditing it. Even in well understood software that has been in use for decades, bugs are still found. Even after peer review by highly competent experts, weaknesses are still found in new cryptographic schemes, sometimes years down the line. The complexity of some of this stuff is mind blowing. So for something as incredibly complex and esoteric as zk-snarks, it would certainly be possible for the creators to hide vulnerabilities. And we have statements from Zooko and Matthew Green that support backdoors. People are free to draw their own conclusions.

I would say XVG is better with regards to tech, but they don't know how to market themselves.
Monero has larger adoption rate so I suppose that means something.

I don't believe that link has appeared here yet so I'll respond to that. That is just a rehash of the monerolink PDF which is certainly not new, and it's been refuted in Post #42 above.

Why Monero why Zcash? why Dash or any other altcoins? you just need to buy Bitcoin which is currently the most profitable coin and it's accepted by more than
100,000 merchants worldwide, where ever you go there is %99 chance of finding some one buying it for any fiat currencies. all you need is to mix your coins.
Note that even with Bitcoin being under the magnifier glasses for a few years now we still have some issues, asicboost and shits like that, there is no way to
Properly and decisively audit and mark these coins as legit as BTC, so good luck with your investments.

I like Monero more than any other project, Zcash technology is probably better, but can you do something annon with company registered in US? That's make no sense.
Monero is purely about community, and it's a strong one. Monero is becoming more and more accepted and appreciated among Bitcoiners.

The only reason i dont believe what Zcash displays is because they are like a centralized unit,no one really knows whether Zcash could be a really anon coin and with the amount of premine they have and the percentage the developers get just takes the charm away and i would look for other coins if you are looking to be really anan.Monero does have the potential and it is already the most used coins when it comes to the dark market and so you could say that it is the best anon coin at the moment.

Monero already is widely adapted and I don't think this will change so soon. Iam also looking into XPEC right now, but for long term I see no future there.

Why do you say that? Monero is in the best moment right now. It has increased about $40 in just two days. That is more than 100%, i only see that there is more people using monero, it is becoming more popular. Regarding to Op question, Monero and Zcash are the most anonymous coins that are on the market right now, but there are a few more, but those are the best in those terms

Regarding to Op question, Monero and Zcash are the most anonymous coins that are on the market right now, but there are a few more, but those are the best in those terms it went up because it was being added to arguably the top exchange in cryptoland. I really like monero, it is the choice of t=coin the blackmarket uses, but it is not the only super private and secure coin out there, as others have mentioned there are coins with less supply and as secure as monero. but i have friends who have been mining monero and say it's not as profitable as ether, dash and bitcoin. meaning monero is probably not used as much as the others. from what i've read and researched the dev of monero is not an agreeable person, as monero has had many chances to make it big and has turned down all mainstream opportunities which is good for the monero user but not the monero miner.
