For 0.011 BTC (around £20/$26 at the time of posting this), I'll create a static site (meaning HTML5, CSS & JavaScript - no ecommerce or login systems). At the starting price of 0.011 I will send you a zip file containing all of the files, but for 0.016 btc, I will set up the hosting too, however, it would have to be a .ml or .tk domain.
