ASIC.COOP owns a 3 BitForce Single SC order. The order date is July 14th 2012.
After the equipment delivery, each share is entitled to the BTC output of an estimated 0.36 GH/s mining capacity, minus the operating costs.
The profits will be shared between the shareholders as dividends.
If the operator becomes unable to maintain the units, he will transfer the units to another member of the COOP after seeking shareholder approval.
