Send the OP a text message or join to their telegram team. I think, in telegram, you will receive early response. Check your address in etherscan.io and let us know. If you only check your balance in myetherwallet then do not forget to add  custom token detail. Sometimes, some coin remains invisible without custom details

If you're still waiting for your rewards, you can send a personal message to the manager. But make sure that you have given them your correct ETH address.
