bounty portal error again, can you fix it? so that next time something like this does not happen again. this can make bounty portal to be useless if you check it manually

I would just like to know if the signature campaign is still active, so other members will also be updated whether they get their stakes weekly or not. I hope that the manager can read this.

1. Facebook stakes are going to be counted manually from now on weekly basis.
2. Users with multiple accounts are going to be banned with the latest update in the site.
