I visited the website, looks good. But dev was looking for software developers at OP, I was wondering if he managed to get someone good enough to handle such tedious claiming job.

Lol, so he still has no fully working product or even a team? That would be funny. Anyway I have no bitcoins at the moment, which is less funny actually

I read on Coindesk that this coins algo is being changed to stop the large china miners..?
Why hasn't anyone invented a fixed hash rate coin? (if its possible to code) ie - no matter how much gpus you have it can never go over a certain H/s
This would then make mining fare to all,
maybe using an algo that stops sites like nicehash from raping a coin..
when will mining start? and will this coin be worth mining on a single gpu ?

nicehash is into equihash so this is also into equihash.

nicehash is into equihash so this is also into equihash. Yeah I know, thats why I said what I said, this coin is going to be taken by gpu rigs and sites like nicehash, not giving people like me a chance to mine any blocks. I was there at the start of bitcoin and stopped mining with my pc in 2014 (Iv only just started again this year with cryptos), when will the devs realise people like to mine for the fun of finding blocks and not just for profit.. Making this coin equihash will just make it the same as all the other alt coins..

Hi, does this fork will clone wallets balance? or it a different system then when bitcoin cash forked? If yes, is there a list of the wallet that will support the fork?
Thank you!

I like this project. if you do not mind, I corrected some of the English grammar on the website. I think that it is important because many people judge a project as a scam if the english is not "perfect" on the project website. you do not have to use my corrections, just wanted to help. I hope no offense is taken, and I am not very good at punctuation but am a native English speaker, if it is not perfect, i am sure someone else can help fix it.
A project that is a scam, will always be scam whether the English is good or bad. Making corrections so a scam is no longer a scam is hilarious. Who are you fucking kidding?

I have a feeling that this is just an artificial coin for mining, pumping and dumping, similar to Bitcoin Cash. There's no real demand from Bitcoin community for this kind of fork and Bitcoin users won't be switching to it, so it's not different from any other lazy altcoin. There's also no urgent need for mining decentralization or algo switch in Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is based on economic incentives, and miners can't dictate the rules.
Bitcoin Cash is different. The "civil war" between small blockers and seggy vs big blockers and no seggy is over. The two Bitcoins now exist in harmony and Bitcoin Cash wasn't dumped into oblivion. Each Bitcoin will have their own supporters based on the philosophical differences that rose from the "civil war", that is also over. Any other attempt to hardfork Bitcoin would be meaningless as there is no philosophical reason behind it. GPU mining is inferior, expensive and inefficient compare to ASIC. Hashrate by GPU can not match the hashrate generated by ASIC and therefore open to attacks.

Equihash ASIC resistant, nicehash accessible. That's really sad.

This must be some kind of joke. I see 2 pages of posts and almost no tech discussion of code, compiling, or testnet?!?
Yet there is coverage in big crypto news outlets? I smell a rat.

With the proper marketing and english grammar, I believe this could be potentially an exciting and controversial project. As an altccoin GPU miner, I feel like I am in favor of this but the real question is will switching to GPU mining really promote decentralization? Can't Bitmain or some other company again just purchase all the GPUs or make their own GPUs to again try and control crypto?
With GPU mining, and ASICs disabled, it's virtually guaranteed to be at least break-even level for home miners paying normal rates for power if it's profitable for larger mining corporations with lower electricity costs. With ASICs, GPU mining is like throwing your money at the power company and asking them to burn it for you because you're too busy to spend it yourself. It's happened with every cryptocurrency that allows ASIC mining. Of course, people can still mine at home with ASICs, but they're a large initial investment that can't be used for anything other than mining; lots of people have GPUs that aren't doing anything very useful most of the time. It's not the dark ages.... solar power is not expensive anymore and making electricity with a wood gasifier even cheaper if you living in a cold country ..... mining and paying for electricity is stupid

If you really want to coin to be truly decentralized it should be a multi Algorithm(so that any hardware can mine the coin) with difficulty re-targeting ....harder difficulty for when the network gets busy... making it expensive and impracticable for corporate miners/farms to mine the coin , but mostly unaffected will be the small time miner mining from home and be rewarded more when the network slows down.... for example UIS & DGB ...making the Algorithm equihash is still limiting the coin to a small group of miners ...with a mutli algorithm coin ...everyone can mine it

Nicehash friendly algorithm, sadly for common miners.
