Every Promo Roll Number should have Fair chance for all. Glad Bitsler increased the number of prizes for promo(earlier it was just for 2 player for each promo roll number). Increasing the prizes to 4 from 2 is good move as number of players increasing every day. so, it will be fair, if 4 different players can win a Promo roll number instead of a single player playing from his both accounts and if he or she gets lucky with both accounts.

If Bitsler wants it's players should roll for promo number from only one account, that will also a welcome move. Better we have rules set at the earliest than later time. It will let players to habituated/get used to rules.
