On Cgminer its says I'm getting ~550Kh PER GPU. When I go onto a pool site, it says 3Kh, one time it said 61Kh?

I have gotten these gpus to work regularly, but only on guiminer. Anyone know why I'm getting these super low stats from these pools? Is it cgminer or is it the pool I'm using?

Here is an example: (only 10 Kh/s???)
