Indorse is innovative idea and this type of project are welcomed by Bittrex. Why it isn't there yet the reason is Bittrex's capacity to handle more tokens has reached. They haven't distributed bounty tokens yet so I assume investors who changed their minds about this project sell for loss. That's not a wise move but market is not always wise too.
