in any case, the dividends will be decent, and before the payment of the dividends, the token will also rise in price, as many will want to buy it temporarily (amateurs of freebies),
after paying out the dividends it becomes clear at what level the token price is fixed but 1 $ + is the minimum, through year sure will be  5$-10$
