We have reviewed multiple options for getting the gambling license and decided in favor of Curacao. In our view, Curacao enables the fastest and smoothest way of obtaining the license in the first place to connect other gambling providers which we currently are unable to do. Basically BitDice was less profitable than last quarter so the dividends payouts are significantly lower - from USD 0,01513 per token in last quarter to USD 0,00054 per token in this quarter. At least they were able to cut some costs of running Casino.

Exactly, everything is right - no scam or anything related to this. Reasons for the downside pressure is the collapse of the cryptocurrency market within the past quarter. Along with other cryptocurrencies, BitDice saw a decline in its price.
Perhaps most notably, the awaited low dividends for the first quarter set a decline in the price.
