Is this currently out of supply?  Bitmain says they do not grant orders less then 600 bucks so how am I supposed to order a PSU individually later when it comes back into stock?

Should I send them the extra money for a PSU with my antminer even tho I didnt officially order one?  How much is the shipping cost for PSU to USA/Canada? (Canada specifically, if we have no Canadians to answer then Ill take USA)

5 PSU were 0.064  BTC about a month ago to Alberta
