And what after the removal of the limit ? A chargeback for the sent 20 bucks ? Being a newbie its hard to believe you . If you can send through bitcoins then you can jope for the helping hands.

why are you paying 20$ to remove limit from the account which has 20$ in it? if you want to use the account why not make a new account if you are willing to provide all the information much safer since if you are planning to use the account after the person removing the limit it might get limited/closed again.
