I can't say if this is legit overall or not. I've been around long enough to have seen it all around here. But, if legit, this project can go places based on the ideas/plans presented on the website.

I do believe it is all very do-able and low cost too if done right. All they really need is one campus to be receptive to this idea and move on from there. A challenge will be education though. How will parents learn about this to send coins to their kids? How easy will it be? Not everyone has the know-how to, let's say, run a QT from their desktops. A fleshed out mobile wallet (which is in the roadmap) will be incredibly important.

Ive scanned the wallet with 3 different Anti-Virus products and they all quarantine it as a Trojan.  I dont have this problem with other QT Wallets, why yours?

There's a few common "trojans" that get detected in many different wallets. I've yet to come across a real one (but would I know if I did?).

What are the detections? We can tell you if they look suspicious or not.

I've often seen a few false positives on wallets, but this is actually pretty concerning.
