Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Another update about the block reward update set to occur on block 210,000. There are still a large percentage of people using the old wallet. If you are using a personal wallet and not an exchange to hold CampusCoin, please check your wallet version. This is located under Help>About CampusCoin in the wallet. This update is just over 2 weeks away and we don't want any issues to occur because of failure to update the wallet. The correct version is again, v1.2.0.1, thank you.

https://www.campuscoinproject.org/ The new website has been released, with our updated roadmap as well as the reward system for the Campus Ambassdor Program. We tried our best to take everyone's opinion into consideration while designing the new site. We hope you enjoy, and feel free to to give us any constructive critcism on the site.

I see on the new roadmap that there are plans for private sub-ledgers for schools. This is where I see the largest opportunity for Campus Coin. Many universities already have points that can be purchased as part of a meal plan and only spent at certain stores around campus. CampusCoin could replace that.
I know it's a long ways off but are you thinking of implementing child chains or side chains or something else to achieve this?

Yes, we are discussing this every day and have thought of a few different ways in which this can be achieved. We will announce when we have more information about this.

I remember reading about campus coin back when I was first getting into crypto back in July 2017. Good to see that it is still around and hopefully will make a comeback soon!
The private ledgers idea could be promising but getting colleges behind it will be difficult.

Thank you for the support. We know this is a daunting task, but are confident we can show them all the necessary benefits to convince them there is no other way.
