First of all since you mentioned you are weak in speaking or writing in English and if you must you would need a translator so you can communicate with your team smoothly, there are a lot here who could help you with your investment. If you need advisors too there are known advisors here in this forum and wiuld be glad to help you out as long as you already have a plan of your said project.
