I understand relaunching fast because you wanted to save face, but this was a really bad idea. There are still too many problems for you to launch like this. The least of which is that half the people eagerly wanting to mine your coin at original launch are in bed after you fucked up the first time. Instead of getting everything corrected and ready, and then pre-announcing the coin's corrected launch time, you are rushing it out the door again. Not wasting any more of my time on this.

I can't sync either.  Compile with PNP support, over 25 connections, 0 blocks, can't sync blockchain with no obvious messages in debug log.

Is there a split going on? Successfully mining using elacoind , currently at block 18xx, , node well connected, whereas the pool states something about being at block 13xxx?
