Subject says it all. You guys ban, but can't respond to my support tickets? I've got coin in wallet, and several hundred HAPPY customers, this is ridiculous. i want an explanation, my coin, and a ban appeal. I DO NOT think this was a fair decision, and no ones reached out to explain why 300+ successful trades warrants a ban.
Any help is appreciated, and a response EXTREMELY so.

So what actually had happen I mean what you have done before they banned your account there? I guess, a service will not banned its users if they had done nothing. Try to get in touch their twitter and facebook accounts for this issue.

I sell gift cards. Mods finally responded to me, they're trying to get me to I'd verify and identify who i am. Fuckers think I'm not gun a cause waves. Asking a Bitcoin user for I'd verification to claim their rightfully earned Bitcoin is about as anti Bitcoin as it gets.
