Why do they spam the tread ?
it is out of control for some partipants except there are penalties for it. I dont know if they do it to impress or leave their posts around. It all dspends on manager, for some manager Such acts had already disqualified u, it shows Such participants don't read rules.
Many are part of several campaigns in the same time with most having different rules (I think Sandra´s campaigns are of the seldom ones that do NOT require reports, I love it and it saves me time, wish all would handle it like Sandra!).
Others like to have it written down as a proof of work (for themselves or others) just in case.
So yes, I am annoyed, too.
But: I understand that there might be reasons...
