There is no chart analysis that makes me want to state that the pump would happen in August. There is a lot of news going on for crypto but I am sure that it's not enough for the price to go up.

Yes, for me! Buying ethereum now is a good decision. Ethereum is a promising coin, Ethereum gets more popular.. When you buy Ethereum, hold it more many more month's because for sure it will pump soon, when dump comes don't sell it immediately because selling it immediately will not give you huge profit.

I am not sure whether purchasing ETH at current levels is a good idea or not. As of now, the exchange rate for ETH versus BTC is around 0.077 BTC per token, which looks quite a bit over-priced for me.

Risk taking will get more and heavier soon. Risk-taking as in big money coming into ICOs. They'll buy these ICOs mainly with ETH.
