to buy coins as far as I know whenever you buy as long as you have enough funds to buy coins, then you should just do the purchase. while there is a chance to buy, you better do just a purchase. jangen waiting for time or stalling to buy a coin.

Just check out EHT 6 month bitcoin price chart, if it's at low bitcoin price right now looking at that chart it's a good time to buy. Don't sleep on Ethereum there are still a ton of project dependent on Ethereum and their founder is a genius and way ahead of the curve.
