Are the funds for signature and avatar campaign escrowed?

As far as i know, I think they are not using any escrow for the campaign because the previous manager scammed them in name of escrow.

That is really not a reason not to keep an Escrow, because there are plenty of trusted escrows on this forum and they should have chosen someone with reputation to keep their funds safe. And they should still hire someone trusted so that there campaign get more better users because good posters will join those campaigns where they are assured for their payments and without any escrow, that doesn't seem to happen all the time.

There are users who has been approved but did not make any posts at all!
I also see some people who did less posts than required.

Next time, only users who did minimum amount of posts going to be paid.
Not less than 20 per week. And not more than 40 per week.

I believe your budget will allow new people as most of current participants are not making full quota posts.
