I just switched to the pool above a while ago
i checked the total hashrate for scrypt on that pool and it was 501KH\s for 3 different coins and yet i am using one rx480 GPU which is supposed to give me about 23MH/s.
If you have teamviewer, can you please help me out.
I dont know what to do again

You can mine it yourself if you have a gpu or you can rent a rig from miningrigrentals.
