You should consider selling RUPX on Nova and buy RUPAY as soon as possible, even you bear some loss. Ideally, Nova is supposed to burn the old coins and stop old RUPX chain and convert RUPAY to RUPX.

Is RUPX ICO Completed ? Is any plans to add RUPX in more exchanges? Any roadmap plans available?

Volume is also very very low when compare to RUP Coin.

There was no ICO ever, We do not control market prices, price is set by the market.
I would advise you to research and not buy ATH like I previously explained to you numerous times when I replied to your private messages.
