Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Estimated rewards is never equal to real earnings. One day it's more, next day it's less. Mining is all about luck. You can check all transactions on monoeci blockchain and be sure that all coins are distributed among miners. There are 26 coins on the wallet now. This balance belongs to miners who didn't reach minimum payout 1 coin. When they come back and mine again, it will be paid. http://block.monacocoin.net:8080/address/MFTsjNgmquzoyBmeFPqiCbxo7SiSvYoo4s

Yes, payouts goes every hour 1) FOR BALANCES BIGGER THEN 1 COIN 2) FOR MATURED BLOCKS.
Google what is "matured block". DO NOT expect first payment before 6 hours of mining. It's IMPOSSIBLE.

It's a project written using Yii framework. And yes it's same software that miningpool.shop uses.
