It seems no big reason now for Ethereum to rise. It has no real usageand ICO period now is over.

Recents hacks and scalability issue..

How deep will ETH fall now?

100$ or less?

Well, America Is a small part of the Crypto ICO world, and Ethereum also is not included in the SEC so Americans can still hold etc...
