Hello all,
Not sure where this thread should go but posting here. I ordered one riser from cablesaurus, which was shipping April 27th at USPS first class mail. Up til now it is still displaying "Electronic information received", its May 14th now. Anyone else have this kind of trouble/ have any suggestions?

I'm not sure what the lead time over there is now, but I will say that mine took about 2-3 weeks to ship from when I ordered in early April. The guy does good work but demand is pretty high for these currently.

That happened to me but after a few weeks I got them. They just have a lot of delays. |

gotcha thanks! delays in USPS or cable? it seems like the item is shipped just delay with the postal service.

I think he prints the shipping label when you order it and packages and ships it when it is ready. So delay with cablesaurus. I used to do a lot of ebay and until the item is truely shipped it would show up the same way it does for him. |

He's running out of stock pretty quickly, it seems.
When I ordered in early April, it took ~12 days to get to my house. I spent a ton on his risers, so I ended up just buying them direct from the factory.
There are a lot of other powered riser stores out there (mine included).. You may want to look into other options that may have them in stock.
