Legal Methods to Get Bitcoins

Can know Legal Methods to get bitcoin (if I want more than 1 BTC).
1. PayPal is risky and exchange sites need too many docs before buying or selling.
2. localbitcoin is good but they ask for a very high fee.

There is none at all because there is no way for legality to come out of illegality from the PayPal point if view because it is written in their terms and conditions that they don't allow something of such and the moment they find out, your account is locked and there is nothing you can do about but until the time when government comes out with a position concerning legality then they will be forced to accept bitcoin.

First you have to change the money in PayPal, then buy a Bitcoin from a local stock exchange, if you want it quickly, you have a lot of exchange sites, you can use one of them, the only site I know is virvox.

Its not illegal, per se, its just absolutely 100 percent over the top condemed by PayPal's Terms of Service. You will never go to jail for this, but they will lock the bejeezus out of your account, and freeze your funds for 30-270 days. Seriously. Even if you dont get caught, you have no recourse if you get a chargeback. Paypal automatically loses chargebacks against credit card companies, per arrangement (this is why they freak out when you chargeback against one of their transactions), so they will get the money from somewhere, to not incur a loss. You will lose your bitcoin, owe them money, and have your account locked.

Paypal is the goddamned Devil, I've said this many times before. Dont play with them, you will get burned, eventually.

It is completely legal. Just that not a lot of exchanges offer it. The only ones offering it from what I caan see is localbitcoins. They just require an ID to make sure that you are the owner. Other than that, there is no legal issue with using paypal.

You can transfer fiat to paypal from Coinbase but not vice-versa.

However, you can easily change dollars (or any other real currency) into Bitcoin. You only have to connect to an exchange website. The transaction is really fast.
