Смешно. Это словно запатентовать колесо. Даже если бы был патент на эту технологию, то нашлись бы умные люди, способные создать нечто похожее или даже лучше. Плюс существует множество путей обхода патентов, даже сейчас авторские права не сильно решают.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Вроде бы уже начали всякие компании какие-то патенты делать. Майкрософт например уже три патента за год
