It's a 45 Satoshi /min faucet with no ads on the page. How are the supposed to make money? Can only come from deposits. Of course it's scam. But I expected them to payout small amounts until after the contest.

I think the reason for not being any changes since yesterday is because they pay MANUALLY now and it can take 7+ days to proccess.

I call bull shit. If they have the ability to automate the withdrawal process why would they stop it to make it manual? Unless they plan not to pay out at all.
