What if this Aug 1 HF is a Conspiracy

To be honest i must say that in one moment i had the same idea. I mean, it is not totally impossible. For everything in this world there is a chance, even the smallest one is still a chance. But also i do not think that it is an conspiracy, because it would not been so public. It would not go around news and other media. Well at least i hope it is not.

I think it all means to us since we saved and work to have it, especially if those speculations actually happens then it will be regretful. But I believe in btc and it will recover if ever. Besides it will be tomorrow already we will know it.

So I just created a mycelium account on my phone. Went in my coinbase account and transferred my BTC to my mycelium address. Coinbase says it's pending. How long does it typically take to transfer BTC to mycelium? I thought it would be instant

This could be true. Who knows?
They are playing us with their big hands.
They also got the capability of doing it.
Spending a lot of money to produce havoc and panic just so they could create double the money they used for that.
It is a wise method but only works for whales. We on the lower side just needs to go with the flow.

I was thinking and wonder after reading various tweets on twitter about Aug 1st . People love free Money and will do anything to get them. BTC as a whole i see it as Big players investing to drive the price higher after accumulating tons from unsuspecting noobs and forcing them to buy higher and sell lower. China used to be the FUD surrounding bitcoin but now we re way past China but need a bigger FUD to play people's emotions repeating the same Market Cycle over again. Some of your thought process might be true,because there was a time when China was having full control when it comes to the price of bitcoin and any negative news coming from China could have big implication ,but now things have changed and apart from the forking there is no real negative news regarding bitcoin and so i am expecting the price to rise after this and there is no conspiracy.

SInce bitcoin become the highest price of cryptocurrency many greedy people want to control the market. In fact bitcoin is decentralzed, the market reject. BTC is BTC. BTC isn't BCC, BTU or any other names. Most users will keep their bitcoin. They won't to loose their asset just by offer high price of new coin BCC and others.

Surely things like this will keep repeating somehow in the future there will be drama as well as obviously there are parties who benefit from all this, we can actually gain profit from events like this, for example we take the moment when bitcoin price down we buy as much as we Able, wait until bitcoin up to the point where the beginning of bitcoin down we just sold, because if the pattern is always seen like this continues every there will be events like this

But, as long as you understand how the cycle and market works, then you should be fine. Just buy whenever dip happens and wait for certain point to cash out and then buy back again. Do not fall to the bait from the whales and panic sell, the same thing for bitcoin cash, there is nothing to worry and it is just an altcoin.
